EASY REFUNDS & FAST REPLACEMENTS

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, just let us know within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll get it sorted.

For lost packages, give us a shout no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date, and we’ll track it down or send a replacement.

If we’ve made a mistake, don’t worry—it’s on us. We’ll either replace the item or issue you a full refund—whatever works best for you.

Noticed something wrong? Simply contact our support team with a picture and a short description of the issue. Once we review it and approve your request, you’ll either get a replacement shipped out within 3 business days or a refund issued to your original payment method within a few days.

WHEN REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS MIGHT NOT BE POSSIBLE

Here are a few cases where we may not be able to offer refunds or replacements:

  • Wrong Address: If the address you provided doesn’t work for delivery, the package will be returned to us. You’ll just need to cover the reshipment cost once we confirm the new address.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package isn’t picked up and gets sent back to us, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • Change of Heart: We don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. If you’d like to return or exchange an item, that’s up to you, and any costs will be at your discretion.
  • Customs Issues: If a package gets held up or rejected by customs, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Make sure you’re familiar with the regulations for each country you’re shipping to!
  • Order Cancellations: Once your order is prepared but not yet shipped, it’s locked in. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel or refund it after that point.
  • Out of Stock/Discontinued: We’re not able to offer compensation for marketing or other related expenses if a product is discontinued or temporarily out of stock.

  1. Your bank or credit card statement—it might take a little while for the refund to show up.
